Finally, this road is officially open and usable to the public. Apparently, it was inaugurated on 22 March 2022 🗃 as UTS Boulevard.

Below is what I think the second or third time I’ve ridden here since it opened. There are no stray dogs this time; in fact, this is quite a peaceful road to ride and walk through. I hope it remains that way for a long time.

By the way, this boulevard has a special feature: the Ped Xing Hurdle.

It even appears in the inauguration pictures. Nice.
