This is a bird that grabs attention due to its size, plumage, and casque. According to Wikipedia, it is related to emus and ostriches; one can definitely see.

The video above was taken at Manila Zoo. Perhaps due to its exotic appearance, it was placed near the zoo’s entrance. Unfortunately for the bird, plebs won’t leave it alone; some even camped in front of its cage, only leaving when others want to take pictures. The bird looks quite curious, standing adjacent to the glass looking back at onlookers. One can only hope it’s not too stressed.
